Manage all aspects of architectural projects, including planning, design, documentation, and construction administration.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against these metrics.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and quality.
Review and approve architectural drawings and specifications.
Ensure that projects comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.
Manage project teams, including architects, designers, and interns.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff members.
Education
Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university preferred.
Professional degree highly desired.
Knowledge/Skills
Thorough knowledge of architectural practice, including budgeting and cost control, scheduling, planning, programming, design, specifications, and working drawings; building and zoning codes; building materials and methods; and building costs.
Thorough knowledge of office standards, policies, and procedures; principles of personnel supervision and management.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Must be able to work in the Teton Valley, Idaho area, as well as in our office located in Driggs, Idaho.
